To schedule your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required today. The remaining balance will be processed on the day of your appointment.

​

Cancellation, reschedule, or "no show" within 72 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will need to be made in order to book another appointment.

​

**If you have had microblading performed previously by another artist, please send us a very clear and close up photo of your eyebrows to info@browsbybach.com for evaluation BEFORE booking. Your photo will be kept confidential. If you have had Permanent Makeup previously done and fail to tell us, we reserve the right to refuse service and you will forfeit your $100 booking fee for the lost appointment time.

YOU ARE NOT A CANDIDATE FOR MICROBLADING IF YOU:

​

  • Are UNDER 18 years of age

  • Are Pregnant or Breastfeeding

  • Have Serious Heart Conditions/Pace Maker/Defibrillator (No exceptions)

  • Have Blood Disorder, Hemophilia, Hepatitis, Uncontrolled blood pressure, Anemia, Liver Disease

  • Have Epilepsy, Diabetes, Viral Infections and/or Diseases

  • Have Eczema, Psoriasis, Rosacea, Shingles, Varicella, Seborrheic Dermatitis, Chronic Acne, open cuts, wounds, sores, rashes, scar tissue, etc….in or around the brow area

  • Are using or have used Accutane or any other strong Retinoids or medication containing Isotretinoin within the last 12 months

  • Are prone to keloid or keloid scarring, Hypertrophic Scars, Hypo-Pigmentation

  • Have oily/severely oily skin or any problematic skin conditions

  • Are undergoing chemotherapy, radiation therapy, or have active cancer

  • Have allergies to numbing agents like lidocaine

  • Had plastic surgery done in the eyebrow area within 4 months.

YOUR MICROBLADING APPOINTMENT MAY BE CANCELLED OR DELAYED IF YOU:

​

  • Have a cold or the flu. If you display cold or flu symptoms, you will need to reschedule

  • Had serious diseases such as cancer or autoimmune disorders (Doctor Note required)

  • Have a Thyroid condition and are taking medication for this condition (Hypo, Hyper Susceptible, Graves Disease, Hashimotos) (Doctor Note required)

  • Alopecia, hair loss due to auto immune disease (Doctor Note required)

  • You are taking blood thinning or high blood pressure medication (Doctor Note required)

  • You have a broken capillary in the eyebrow area

  • Have sunburn in the eyebrow area

  • Waxing in the eyebrow area within 3 days

  • Have used chemical peels, Glycolics, and Retin-A within the past 4 weeks

  • Had any of the following on or near the eyebrow area: cosmetic or reconstructive surgery, dermal fillers, Botox injections, laser treatments, Dysport, or any form of skin resurfacing within the past 4 weeks

  • If you are under treatment for any form of cancer, you must wait at least 8 months after the completion of your treatment.

  • Do not schedule appointment for a time during your menstrual cycle, as excessive bleeding will impact the healing result.

  • Have old permanent makeup on eyebrows done by anyone other than Brows By Bach (email info@browsbybach.com with current photo for evaluation)

 

If you fail to inform us, or arrive without a doctors note where necessary, you will forfeit your $100.00 deposit as a result of the cancellation or reschedule required. Our policy and guidelines are designed to give you the best results and experience.

The Microblading With Shading session takes approximately 3 hours to complete.

​

To ensure quality and adequate time for every client, please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are more than 20 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show/cancelled appointment and will forfeit your $100.00 deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS.
